By accessing or using RevenueViking AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
RevenueViking AI provides AI-powered call answering, lead capture, and appointment booking services for local service businesses. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a one-time setup fee.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The one-time setup fee is charged upon signup. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including call recording notification laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide for AI training. You must not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
RevenueViking AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your AI service will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
