3. Call Recording and AI Processing

Our AI service processes calls in real time. Call content may be processed by our AI systems to generate summaries and lead information. By using our service, you agree to ensure that your customers are notified of call recording/AI processing in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call summaries and lead data are retained for 24 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@revenueviking.com.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
