We also collect information about your use of our service, including call logs, lead data captured through the AI system, and analytics data.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our service, process transactions, send service communications (including call summaries and booking notifications), respond to your enquiries, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Our AI service processes calls in real time. Call content may be processed by our AI systems to generate summaries and lead information. By using our service, you agree to ensure that your customers are notified of call recording/AI processing in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call summaries and lead data are retained for 24 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@revenueviking.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
